Junior web developer with project management skills based in Shanghai

We are looking for an intern or graduated candidate specialized in IT / Web development and project management to integrate our development team. The role will involve working through the full website life cycle on a variety of projects including integration, hosting infrastructure, maintenance, bug fixing and support.
The job is divided into two main parts:
Development:
The web developer will plan, design and implement new web projects, maintain current web sites and site content, and integrate with back end systems as needed. They will need to have the desire to learn new and emerging technologies and not be religious about any one in particular. Candidate must be able to integrate quickly into the team & work independently
Project Management:
1. Project set up
- Generate project proposal according to client’s requirement.
- Discuss and finalize project proposal with team and clients
- Work out project implementation plan and work together with internal teams, which including operation team, IT team, HR…
2. Project implementation
- As a project leader, make sure the project is implemented smoothly and efficiently.
- During project ongoing phase, keep close communication with client on project regular review, which including business requirement fine-tuning, reporting, emergency handling
3. Project review
- Responsible for complete project review presentation, which including statistic report review, lesson and learn, suggestion and findings.
- As this is an entry-level position, we are interested in natural abilities and experience than in qualifications. Intelligence, attention details, dedication and tenacity are essential.
- Since our team is international, being able to speak and understand English is a requirement.
Requirements:
- A university or college degree in Internet Technologies
- Have some experience in a personal or professional context (feel free to present a portfolio)
- A good understanding of website development lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills in English
- The following skills are required:
- HTML
- CSS
- PHP
- MySQL
- Experience with CMS (WordPress and/or Drupal)
- It would be appreciate if you master those skills:
- Web design
- SEO
- PHP Framework (Zend, Cake)
- More Experience with CMS (Prestashop / Joomla / other)
