Now looking to hire immediately a young talent that will have both the following functions:
- Web Project Manager
- Business Developer
Responsibilities
- Business Development: You will be selling all kind of projects, from the smallest newsletter to the biggest e-commerce site. It starts from meeting with leads, understanding their needs, writing proposals, negotiating budget and scope, being honest, build trust and sign.
- Project Manager: This position will have a strong focus on the Web design projects of the agency. You will be managing the creative team (web designers, art directors) and coordinating the development team to achieve objectives as planned in your projects. You will be in charge of quality control, SEO recommendations, follow of the schedule and everyday feedback with client.
- Participate in the growth of the company through strategic choices, research and development, new tools to implement etc. We are REALLY keen on new ideas
- Represent the company in the outside world, during all events and meetings with the community
- Bring enthusiasm, humor, trust among the team
- Build and maintain all clients relationships
The person you need to be
- Having experience in Web / Digital / Digital or Advertising Agency
- A very good team mate, your personality matters a lot
- Able to work with a multicultural team: Frenchies, Chinese, Italians, Indians, Spaniards, New Zealanders
- Good management skills
- Hard working. There are no secrets to success
- Amazing communication skills
Knowledge requirements
- A very good understanding of website development lifecycle
- A huge taste in all Web Design trends! UX, UI, Responsive… KISS is your leitmotiv, smashingmag is your bible.
- Understanding of what is a CMS (we use WordPress, Drupal and Prestashop)
- HTML / CSS bases
- Search Engine Optimisation bases
